Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management tool, which will grant you full command over your mailbox accounts and email campaigns. With this intuitive interface, you can create a new e-mailbox in an instant and manage its settings easily. Besides, you can redirect mail messages from one email account to another, create email filters, set up auto-reply messages and shield your email box accounts against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your email boxes against spam mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwelcome mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain e-mail box.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming emails according to specific criteria defined by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly create a mail filter for any of your mail accounts and set the filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming mail messages from one e-mail box to another, or even to several other e-mailboxes. Simply choose the email mailbox account you wish to forward electronic mails from, then choose the target email mailbox and select if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your choice to access your e-mail accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you wish to set up on your computer or mobile phone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email mailbox will be configured in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple mail accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will do the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
